THE INGREDIENTS FOR PROGRESS IN THE FAMILY
TEXT:GEN 2:21-25
introduction:
These ingredients are very essentials to peace and progress in our family. Where there is peace ,progress will follow ;but when there is no peace nobody thinks or works for progress.Everybody will be thinking of how to solve problems.As we discover and practice the following ,noticeable progress will show in our families in Jesus name.

I.ACCEPTANCE

(A) Woman taken out of the man
Therefore man can never be completed without woman.Since then he is not complete,part of him has been taken away.
[21] And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
Genesis 2:23 KJV

(B)Accept each other

[23] And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Where there is rejection often,for one reason or the other;there will be regret,complain and attempt to separate.

II.FORGIVENESS
A.know that your spouse is not an Angel
    Expect offences,since he is not an angel.You never find an angel among human being. In view of this prepare your mind for offences.
Colossians 3:13 KJV
[13] Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

B.Don't keep record of evils( wrongs) 
1 Corinthians 13:5 KJV
[5] Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Don't keep the record of wrongs in your heart, so you will not be thinking about them all the time. Thinking about wrongs makes the wound fresh.

III.UNITY.
  Psalm 133:1 KJV
[1] Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! 
[2] It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
[3] As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.
    (A)Unity is pleasant vs. 1

    (B)Unity is precious vs. 2

    (c)Unity commands blessings 

IV.TRANSPARENCY
 Genesis 2:25 KJV
[25] And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
   (A)Both spouse must be naked to each other in all matters.
    There should be nothing hidden.
   (B)Both spouse should not be ashamed of each others nakedness.
Don't be ashamed to reveal and share the 'secret' -nakedness of each other
   (C)Both joy and sorrow should be shared together .
Don't be embarrassed to hear and share your nakedness .Creat an environment for sharing nakedness. This has to do with the way you react to discovered nakedness.

CONCLUSION 
Our enemies never want our family to experience peace,because he knew that , that will enhance progress. You must pursue it with all perseverance . Each member must be committed to doing them
